Hey guys!!! Man it's been awhile since my last blog post. I have a lot to catch you up on. I've been so busy lately with graduation, starting a new job and of course making CUPCAKES.
Where do I start? Well lets start by catching you up on whats been going on since I last wrote to you all. On May 1st I graduated from Waynesburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Entrepreneurship and a Minor in Marketing. (No I do not know the random girl walking in the background of the picture below haha)
I finally graduated college!! I can't believe how fast the last four years have gone. I learned a lot throughout my four years in and out of the classroom. I am beyond thankful for the amazing people that came into my life by attending Waynesburg University. I want to take the time to recognize some of the people that impacted my life these past four years.
There is 4 girls that made my time at Waynesburg extra special. They became my best friends freshman year and I know that we will be forever friends. Mims Miller, Heather Davis, Brooke Simons and Maura Bobby. They were my teammates, my best friends, a shoulder to cry on, tough love at times, and everything between. They helped me through the tough times and made the good times even better. I made some incredible memories with these girls by my side. I could always count on them. I already miss them and I am going to miss them so much in the years to come. But I know that the friendship that we have will last a lifetime.
I also have to give a shout out to my Lady J's. I owe a lot to them. Many hours were spent in the gym and on a bus with my girls. We ran a lot of sidelines and a lot of blood, sweat and tears were shared through the four years in the Lady J's uniform. There was some ups and there was more downs then expected but I wouldn't trade my experience as a Lady J's for anything. I learned what being a leader really means. I learned what hard work is and what happens when you put in the hard work. I learned a lot about myself. I didn't just grow as a basketball player but I grew as a person during my time on the basketball court with my Lady J's. No matter what was happening I knew I could go to the gym and these girls would help me forget about it for a little while.
I would also like to recognize my family for helping me through these past four years. The support I got from my parents and my wonderful sisters was unreal. My grandparents were always there for me. My grammy and my grandpa supported me and could always put a smile on my face no matter what. My Grandma Blair and my Aunt Karen barely missed a game with their bright orange shoes. It meant a lot to me that I could look up in the stands and always have someone there to support me.
I don't think they will ever know but the support I got from them throughout my college career, my basketball career, and my short lacrosse career meant the absolute world to me. Family is everything to me. I am forever thankful for the family that God has blessed me with.
Now it is time to chase my dreams. It'll take hard work and dedication but I am up for the challenge.

I made a lot of delicious cupcake orders for my customers that I would love to share with you guys. Stay tuned :)
Until next time.
