Carmel Apple Cupcake

Happy Friday everyone!! I got a treat for you all. Back in the summer I made a cupcakes for my dad. He is a big sucker for apples. Apple pie is his favorite so I thought I would put it in a cupcake form with a twist.

Carmel Apple cupcakes with a little Carmel surprise in the middle. Topped off with Vanilla Cream Cheese frosting with Carmel drizzled on top. 


I made the apple cupcakes with the perfect combination of sweet and tart apples with a dash of cinnamon. For the surprise in the middle, I made my first homemade Carmel sauce and it came out delicious. It went along perfectly with a bite of cinnamion apple. Good Evening and Happy Wednesday!! I had a high school friend approach me a little while back to make her sister's bridal shower cupcakes. Her sister attended Kentucky University, where she met her   Fiancé .  After they get married they will be moving back to Kentucky. With the frosting piped and colored to look like roses. These cupcakes turned out simple and classy....

Pretty and Pink Smash Cake!

Smash Cake!!!! Have you all been to a little kids first birthday?? My first one was one of my best friend's little girls birthday party. It was so much fun to watch Baby Sky with her cake. At first she was caution. She was giving her mom a look like mommy what is this?? Then she tried a little piece of the cake and her face lite up. In her tiny human brain she looked like she was screaming CAKE!!!!! It was so adorable to witness such a thing. I had the honor of making a sweet girls first birthday cake and I have a feeling her experience went the same as well. Her dad requested a smash cake and said anything with pink. Disney Princess Cupcakes

Happy HUMP Day! Being a Disney Princess is every little girls dream in one way or the other. I got to help celebrate a little girls birthday with taking her dream and putting them into a sweet treat for her party. He mom threw an awesome birthday party for her daughter and friends to enjoy. The colors came out fun and vibrant. I matched the color of the icing to cutouts that was provided to me. I made the frosting look like the princess dress/skirt.
