Chocolate Covered Raspberry Cupcakes

 I got a request from a customer to make her sisters bridal shower cupcakes. She asked for Reese Cupcakes and Raspberry ones. When I asked when frosting on the raspberry ones she said surprise me. So of course I got really excited to come up with some delicious and that's exactly what I did. I add chocolate buttercream frosting to the raspberry cupcakes and named them "Chocolate Covered Rapberry Cupcakes". 


She went crazy over them!! "THEY WERE AMAZING! My family is ready to order more already haha the chocolate raspberry ones were magical." It was such an amazing feeling hearing this feed back. "Everyone at the shower commented in how good they were! You did an awesome job." Another happy customer in the books :) 



If you love raspberries you will love these cupcakes. I doubled the amount of real raspberries to bring out the fruity flavor and topped it off with chocolate frosting, the two favors made the perfect combination. And of course my Reese Cupcake, my most popular cupcake, is a peanut butter and chocolate lover's dream.

Good afternoon everybody. I wanted to share with you a wedding we did over the weekend. We are always so happy to be a part of someone’s big day. The bride and groom requested a vanilla on vanilla cake just for them. Vanilla Cake with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting.   Here is the cake without the fancy decorations. I loved how simple and classy this cake turned out. The wedding was in a cute little barn. Their colors were light blue, dark blue, light pink and burlap. We wanted to make the cake pop and go along with the theme of the venue. We added some burlap and they picked out an adorable cute topper that said I love you more. The burlap and the cake topper took this cake to a new level. We loved it and so did our customers.  In addition to the cake they requested cupcakes for their guests. I love this idea. Graduation 2017

Hello everyone!! Happy HUMP day :) I wanted to give you all an update. We have been busy this summer with Graduation parties. One of our favorite things to do is be a part of our customer's milestones. Graduation season is an exciting time and we were honored to be a part of the many graduate's special day by adding something sweet to the occasion. Here is a few cupcakes we have done this summer, enjoy :) Lemon Cupcakes with Raspberry Filling topped off with Lemon Zest Buttercream Frosting.   These cupcakes were a HUGE hit. Love is Sweet Grab a Treat – Engagement Party Cupcakes

Burr it sure is cold here in Ohio.  Just when you thought it would warm up……. You wake up to everything covered in white fluffy snow. The forecast is looking like it will be warming up soon... which means all of the pretty white snow will be melting which means a muddy mess. Yup that sounds like a winter in Ohio. Throughout the winter months what is better than staying warm in the kitchen baking up a storm? My sister, Heather, got engaged and I couldn’t be more thrilled for her and her finance. I am the youngest of 4 and Heather was the first one to get engaged. With that being said my parents are beyond excited.  Anytime there is an excuse to have a party my family goes all out.
